Bioinformatics analysis platform and gene database

The bioinformatics analysis platform of United Gene Group was involved and accepted in National 863 Project. It has not only undertaken the tasks of biometrical statistics and conclusion summarization in more than 30 national and local research programs that undertaken by United Gene Group for more than 10 years, that realizing deep analysis and exploration of a large amount of gene expression data, but also is the basic data platform for supporting the whole gene test as well as assessment of diseases risks. Chinese people’s diseases susceptibility genetic SNP database, which based on first-hand experimental data, is the largest one in terms of yellow race.
